Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Exclusions
We don’t accept returns for perishable items, custom-made items, products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons or digital downloads.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been used or redeemed.
Once a gift card has been used in full or in part, it cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges – the easiest route is to return your item and place a new order.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item.
We’ll work with you to make things right, including refund or replacement up to 30 days after you’ve received the item and replacement up to 6 months. If we cannot repair or replace the item we will offer a refund.
If goods are deemed faulty we are responsible for return postage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved.
We may have to make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your handling – but we will discuss this with you.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
